Introduction
Your role
As a Process & Governance Expert , you will help create structure, transparency, and consistency across critical end to end global HR NFR processes. You will analyze existing ways of working, document and redesign processes, coordinate with numerous stakeholders across entities, and help establish sustainable governance practices.
You are someone who can work independently, navigate ambiguity, engage a large number of stakeholders, and translate complex activities into clear, structured process documentation and practical solutions.
You will play a key role in helping the team mature its operating model and strengthen its governance framework.
What will you be doing?
Key responsibilities
Process Design & Documentation
· Analyze existing HR Non-Financial Risk processes and identify opportunities for standardization and improvement.
· Design, document, and maintain end-to-end process flows.
· Develop high-quality process documentation, including:
o Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
o RACI matrices
o Process maps and workflow documentation
o Governance documentation
o End-to-end operating models
· Ensure consistency and quality across process documentation.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
· Coordinate activities across a large network of stakeholders and points of contact.
· Facilitate discussions to gather requirements, validate processes, and align ways of working.
· Act as a trusted partner to HR and Non-Financial Risk stakeholders globally.
· Support governance activities and recurring risk management cycles.
· Drive follow-up actions and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes.
Reporting, Data & Automation
· Build and maintain dashboards and management information reporting.
· Improve efficiency through automation and workflow optimization.
· Utilize Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, and Power Platform solutions where applicable.
· Support the implementation of scalable and sustainable reporting solutions.
· Perform data validation and reconciliation activities to support process accuracy and governance requirements.
· Analyze information from multiple stakeholders and summarize key observations and improvement opportunities.
· Support management reporting through clear and structured insights.

What you bring/Must Have's:
· Proven ability to work independently, accurately, and with a high level of attention to detail, delivering quality outputs within agreed timelines.
· Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and summarize information into clear observations and actionable insights.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging and coordinating across multiple teams, entities, and points of contact.
· At least mid-level experience in process design & mapping, data validation / reconciliation, structured documentation (standard operating procedures “SOP”, RACI, E2E flows)
· Hands-on experience with data validation and reconciliation activities, ensuring data quality and consistency across multiple sources.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with SharePoint, Power BI, and workflow automation solutions such as Power Automate.
· Understanding of governance frameworks and the Three Lines of Defense model within a banking or regulated environment, or a demonstrated ability to quickly acquire and apply this knowledge in practice.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
· Experience in Non-Financial Risk, Operational Risk, or Process Management.
· Experience working within a banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environment.
