Introduction
• UEBA & Tool Selection Support
o Support evaluation and comparison of UEBA tools
o Coordinate RFP/RFI processes, vendor demos, and evaluations
o Assist in defining functional and non-functional requirements
o Support proof-of-concept (PoC) activities and evaluation criteria
• Stakeholder & Programme Coordination
o Coordinate across as SOC, Fraud, IT Security, Risk, and Legal, HR and Workers Council to ensure aligned operational processes
o Prepare executive updates, meeting materials, and summaries
o Track key actions, risks, and dependencies
What will you be doing?
Roles and responsibilities
As Security Threat Analysis Expert you will play pivotal role in design and implementation of the Insider Threat programme, with a strong focus on User and Entity Behaviour Analytics (UEBA) capabilities, governance setup, tool evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
In this role, you will :
• Insider Threat Programme Support:
o Coordinate stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather requirements
o Support development of policies, procedures, and playbooks
o Contribute to programme tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement
• Governance Setup & Oversight
o Support design and implementation of the Insider Threat governance such as Steering committees, expert groups etc.
o Support development of Policies and standards for Insider Threat programme
o Support creation of KPIs, risk metrics, and governance reporting.
Familiarity with UEBA, SIEM, or security analytics tools
Experience and knowledge of the European financial services regulatory environment

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, ideally in Insider Threat / Detection
• Familiarity with UEBA, SIEM, or security analytics tools
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with HR and Legal stakeholders
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and privacy frameworks
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
Background & qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience and knowledge of the European financial services regulatory environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
